Carol Heiberger’s experience – most of it in new product development - includes strategic planning,
new business development, marketing and finance. She has extensive
experience in working with small businesses as well as large, complex
organizations, in both the domestic and international arenas.
She
has worked for municipalities, not-for-profits, telephone and electric
utilities, large corporations and a university.
Her
extensive work with engineering and operations personnel in the
telecommunications industry gives her a high comfort level with
technical and front-line workers. Over the past five years, her
expertise has expanded to include the education, pharmaceutical, and
healthcare industries.
Carol got her bachelor’s
degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio and her MBA from
the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania .

addition to her consulting work, she is an instructor for the Strategic
Business Planning Course at Wharton’s Small Business Development Center
and an assistant adjunct professor for the MBA program at the
University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
